A cast copper alloy post medieval coin weight for weighing a gold coin with a value of 21 shillings which had a mass of 5.9 pennyweights . This weight is marked on both sides with a turned double circle on exterior edge which encloses over 3 lines S // 21 // 5 rosette / sunburst 9. Both faces share the same die axis and the coin weight is a mid-green colour with mild abrasion

The coin weight measures 21.5mm diameter, is 3.0mm thick and weighs 8.19 grams ( .289oz / 126.4 grains)
