Cast copper alloy lead token, still with casting sprue attached. The token is decorated on one side with a six-petalled compass-drawn flower with a pellet at the end of each petal, and two pellets in each angle, all within a double lined border. The other side is undecorated. The sprue has a lozenge shaped mouth and is roughly lozenge-shaped in section, and creates a raised rib running part way down the reverse of the token. There are five minor sprues equally spaced around the remainder of the token, now broken off, but presumably originally attached to other tokens made in the same mould. Total length 42.92mm, diameter of token (including sprues) 30.40mm (not including sprues) 28.68mm, thickness of token 1.76mm, length of sprue c.14.5mm, maximum width of sprue 14.25mm, maximum thickness of sprue 5.56mm, weight 10.52g.
