An incomplete pewter post-medieval mount. It is discoidal in shape with a domed outer face, concave reverse and a damaged lug extending from the centre of the reverse. The outer face is decorated with a ring of raised pellets around the outer edge and a raised horse and rider in the centre. The metal is heavily corroded and there is damage to one side and around the edges.
Given the nature of the decoration this may be a mount from a harness.
