A gold early-Medieval tremissis of anonymous ruler dating to the period c.AD 580-670. Minted at Beauvais by Aigoaldus. Obverse: 'B[A?]LLOACVS', Diademed and bust in right, Reverse: AIGO[A?]LDVS. Long cross on globe on steps, a pellet in each lower quarter.

Measurements: 11.8mm in diameter, 1.2g in weight.
