Coper alloy roman finger ring fragment with a circular bezel. The face of the bezel is decorated with a series of recessed cells strive that convey a cross or wheel impression with four spokes evenly arranged around a central hub. The hub is made from a small central circular cell filled with dark blue enamel positioned in the centre of the bezel. Surrounding this are four large sub-oval cells that are filled with red enamel and evenly arranged around the outer edge, each of these cells are separated from its neighbour by a by a thick copper arm. The shoulders are undecorated and narrow to the hoop, which is now truncated.
