Neolithic to early Bronze Age (c. 4000 to 1000 BC) scraper: The scraper appears to be knapped from a primary flake whose dorsal surface has a patch of cortex remaining. The dorsal surface has a prominent bulb of percussion and wide conchoidal scars. The distal end and a portion of a lateral edge has semi-abrupt retouch. The scraper is knapped from flint which is a dark grey to black colour.
The scraper, measures 26.05mm long, 33.78mm wide and 12.72mm thick. It weighs 11.27g.
The scraper probably dates to the late Neolithic or early Bronze Age periods, c. 4000 to 1000 BC.
