A complete, very worn medieval silver anonymous 1/4 dirham of the Nasrid Dynasty of Spain (AH627-897/AD1230-1492), mint: Gharnata (Granada).
Notes:
This is the second coin of the Nasrids to be recorded on the PAS and may be the first recorded in England with none listed in Cook (1999). Hébert (1991, 127) noted that the production of the anonymous silver coins on square flans was sporadic and they were issued at varying weight.
