Medieval copper alloy buckle, 24mm in length, 16mm wide and 5mm thick with a weight of 2.66grams. The object is rectangular in form and cross section, with slightly bowed sides and a recessed strap bar. The opposite edge has a slightly rounded outer edge accommodating a wide pin rest which terminates with slight knops and has a slight rounded central projection underneath the pin rest.
