An incomplete iron probable leather-worker's knife dating to the Post Medieval period (c. AD 1500-80). The object has a sub-rectangular blade narrowing at one end to a sharply pointed tang. The blade end of the object is slightly narrowed in profile suggesting this is the cutting edge. There are no other distinguishing marks apparent. The object shows signs of corrosion across all sides.
