A Medieval copper alloy annular buckle pin, dating to c AD 1200 - 1400. It has a tapering shaft with a transverse ridge below the incomplete loop, around half lost to an old break. There is a concave indentation at the tip of the pin, when viewed in profile, forming a rest. It has a dark grey patina.
Dimensions: 45.7mm in length; 5.6mm in width; shaft 4.7mm in diameter, tapering to 3.1mm; 4.89g in weight.
