A complete copper-alloy coin weight of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The coin weight is square and appears to be unifaced, though is extremely worn. The upper surface bears traces of a worn design, possibly a standing figure left, though it cannot be determined with great certainty.
The metal has a dark red/brown delaminated patina. The object is 18.6mm x 18.4mm x 5.5mm and weighs 12.3g (c.189 grain).
