Incomplete, worn and corroded medieval copper alloy harness fitting, bent D-sectioned bar, flat-sectioned and narrowed before the terminal which is broken across a central perforation. The other end takes the form of an expanded flat-sectioned plate broken two rivet-holes. Extant length (unbent) 49.5mm. Width of bar 6-9mm, of plate 21. Thickness of bar 3, of plate 1.5mm. Later 13th - 14th century.
