An incomplete copper alloy mount dating to the late Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 1450-1700). The mount is inverted tear-drop shaped with a design in relief on the face and slightly concave on the reverse. The design on the face depicts two figures standing facing outwards with a line down the centre dividing the scene. The figure on the right has their right arm aloft holding a stick or spear. Around the edge of the mount is a raised border. Other design elements are apparent within the scene on the face, however the mount is very worn making it difficult to determine who the figures represent and what else has been depicted. The reverse of the mount is slightly concave with the two figures apparent. There is no evidence of how this object would have been fixed to another object, if at all. The object is reddish green in colour.
