An incomplete copper alloy double-loop asymmetrical buckle dating to the Post Medieval period (c.AD 1575-1700).The object has one sub-rectangular look and one D-shaped loop. The inner and outer edges of the frame are bevelled. On the outer frame of the D-shaped loop on the inside is a rounded triangular projection, which would have acted as the pin rest. The buckle has a narrow pin bar, which is flush with the frame. The pin is now missing. There are no signs of decoration on the face or reverse of the frame. The object is brownish green in colour and has been slightly bent out of shape owing to post-deposition action.
