An incomplete pressed silver Brooch of Modern date (AD 1800-1900). The brooch is composed of a convex central domed plate within a circular knoped outer border. The central boss is machine pressed silver disc depicting a floral/foliate incised design. The outer border is composed of a separate circular plate which is composed of an inner beaded border and thicker outer notched border. The outermost edge has regular circular knops totalling 10 knops. The back of the object is smooth and undecorated and is concave. One edge retains a copper alloy hinge and axis bar for a now missing pin. The opposing edge to the hinge is missing and would have held a catchplate.
