Silver medieval hammered Scottish penny of William I, dating to c. 1205 - 1230 AD. Third coinage (Short cross and stars) phase B, uncertain bust (Spink S5029), moneyer: Hue Walter. Mint: Edinburgh, Perth or Roxburgh Worn obverse. Reverse of voided short cross with stars in angles, two stars (possibly three) have five points and one has four points. The coin is 17.60mm in diameter, 0.73mm in thickness and weighs 1.30g. Ref: Spink 2015, pg 14.
