A Roman ceramic rim sherd of Oxfordshire colour-coated ware, probably from a bowl, dating to c. AD 200-400. A orange, micaeous oxidised with red-orange slip. A series of impressed oblique, parallel lines decorates the space beneath the slightly lip of the rim, c.4.5mm long. Weight: 7.21g.
