An incomplete Medieval copper alloy buckle dating to AD 1350-1450. The buckle frame is oval with a offset narrowed bar. The frame has a notch for the pin and is decorated with two lines of engraved zigag wriggle work. The buckle retains its copper alloy pin.
Similar examples can be found in Egan (1991, nos. 271 and 277).
