Early medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, Thickness: 9 mm, diameter: 23 mm, weight: 16.32 g.

The whorl is circular in form and has a slight sub spherical cross section, with an internal central hole 8 mm in diameter. The whorl is plain and fits Walton Rogers form A1, dating to 500-1000 AD.
