Ten Roman body sherds; wheel thrown ceramic vessels. Five sherds are body sherds of large storage vessels for example Lee et al 1994:O82-)126. The other sherds are probably from jars. , in a fabric similar to, or is that known as Severn Valley ware. This type of pottery was produced throughout the Roman Period, in the Severn Valley area, and typically consisted of jars, jugs, flagons and tankards.
