Grey flint scraper, as kindly identified by the finder. A thick flake with broad and narrow parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side and with a bulb at one end of a slightly concave ventral surface. Angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows the curved end. Given the age of the object, a lack of surface patina may point to its inclusion in a sealed context until recently. Suggested date: Late Mesolithic, 70000-4000 BC.
