A copper-alloy core from a plated Iron Age stater of the Southern Region/Regini and Atrebates, probably of Verica, dating to the period c.AD 10-40, copying 'Verica Warrior Star' type. Obverse: [COM.F] in tablet? Reverse: Warrior on horse right, holding spear, star above(?), VIR below. For the prototype cf. ABC, p. 71, no. 1187; BMC nos. 1143-1144; cf. BMC no. 1154 for a similar plated copy.
