Silver penny of Edward I class 3g based on the crown style dating to 1280-2. The obverse has the king facing; on the reverse a long cross with three pellets in each quarter, dividing the legend. The coin has been carefully cut around the inner circle and along the arms of the long cross rendering all legends illegible.
