A copper alloy unidentified zoomorphic object of uncertain date, flat to the reverse and with slightly faceted edges to the front but otherwise rectangular in cross-section. It comprises a C-shaped loop with a knop-like projection extending from the centre of the curve and its ends joining the back of a two-headed animal. Below the body two legs extend, curving slightly outwards. The heads are long, one with a bulbous brown ridge and short turned-up snout, the other angled downwards with a concave nose terminating in a squarish snout. Transverse grooves extend from the inside line of the loop, across the body and lining up with the inside line of the legs. A further transverse groove flanks the back of the head.
All of the original patina is missing and the metal beneath is brown in colour with light pitting. It measures 20.1mm in length, 18.3mm in height, 2.1mm in thickness and weighs 1.52g. The loop has a diameter of 10.3mm with an internal perforation 5.4mm in diameter.
