A complete Medieval silver long cross cut farthing of Henry III (1216-1272), probably minted at Canterbury. Class 5, probably class 5c, 1250-1256 (North 1994: 226-227, refs: 991-993).

Obverse: [hE]NRIC[VS REX III] (NR ligated); Crowned bust facing with sceptre.

Reverse: [ ]ANT[ ] (AN ligated); Voided long cross dividing the inscription with three pellets in each quadrant.
