Silver coin. Voided long cross cut halfpenny, probably of Henry III (1216-1272) with a deeply scratched surface, whether arising from damage in antiquity or post-deposition, or more recently, is uncertain. Possibly Canterbury mint, possibly Class 5a issue of 1250-1256.
