A fragment of early Medieval copper alloy strap-end. In the form of a flat-sectioned tongue-shaped openwork plate, with an irregular transverse break across what appear to be two sub-rectangular vertical perforations. The upper end missing. The front face bears traces of about five stamped annulets. The reverse face is plain.
Surviving length: 14.0mm. Width: 21.9mm. Thickness: 1.9mm. Weight: 1.49g.
