Incomplete small copper alloy hooked dress fastener. The round main body of the fastner has a pierced central hole, and one of two round pierced holes for attachment remains on the rear edge. The hook has corroded to leave a pointed projection remaining. The object is in poor, corroded condition, is 20mm long, 12mm wide, 0.5mm thick and weighs 0.56g.
