A complete copper alloy Roman nummus coin, from the reign of the House of Valentinian (AD364-378). Obverse: bust right of Emperor. Inscription: [DN VALENTINIANVS PF AVG]. Reverse: A depiction of Victory walking left with wreath. Inscription: SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE. Mint: Uncertain. The condition of the coin is very worn, with patches of corrosion. The obverse side is far more worn than the reverse side of the coin.
