2. Part of the rim of a pan, slightly closed with the body angled into the neck then an angled out rim with a flat top edge with several grooves running around it. South Somerset (Donyatt) ware. Medium orange fabric with occasional dark orange grog inclusion. A line of thumb impressions across the joint between body and rim on the outer face. Internal clear glaze. 67g.

3. Sherd from an scraffitio decorated dish. Medium orange fabic with very occasional white limestone or lias inclusion up to 2.3mm, from Bridgwater. White slip on inner side with clear (appearing yellow-orange) glaze over.
