An incomplete early medieval copper alloy saucer brooch dating from c. AD 400-500. It is missing the rim and the pin and catch plate from the reverse. The design is a central ring and dot with five running spirals radiating around this. The brooch has a dark green patina with evidence of gilding to the upper surface. The brooch has a dark green patina, with the central design a light cream colour.
