An incomplete iron spearhead of medieval date, c.AD 1100 - 1400. The blade is sub-ovate with a hollow tapering socket to the attachment end. The shoulders slope steadily from the blade to the socket.
The metal has a corroded red/brown patina and is worn. The object is 76.1mm long, 18.5mm wide, 4.2mm thick and weighs 13.7g.
