A simple complete cast copper-alloy annular buckle dating to the Medieval period, c. 1250-1400. The frame is circular in plan and section, a free moving wound-wire pin still loosely wrapped around it. Preserved in fair condition with a dark green patina, the frame measures 14.12mm in diameter by 2.28mm thick at its midpoint. It weighs 1.09g. C.f GLO-A48CF9 on the PAS database, which is identical.
