Neolithic to early Bronze Age (c. 4000 to 1000BC) scraper: The scraper is knapped from a tertiary flake which is a sub-oval. The dorsal surface has multiple re-touch scars which are invasive and abrupt, occurring on the distal end. The ventral surface has a prominent bulb of percussion, and conchoidal ripples.
The scraper is knapped from flint which is a mottled dark grey colour and has a waxy texture.
It measures 18.48mm long, 22.56mm wide, 8.71mm thick and weighing 3.78g.
The scraper is probably a rounded/ end and side scraper and dates to the Neolithic or early Bronze Age periods, c. 4000 to 1000BC.
