Obverse: MORS VLTIMA; Death (in the form of a skeleton) standing behind a rich lady with a hourglass in left hand, to her left a flower in bloom, to his right a wilting flower

Reverse: EST ARBORI SPES: SI PRAECISA FVERIT RVRSVM VIRESCIT; HK in exergue; Tree

Dimensions: diameter: 27.81mm; weight: 4.43g.

Mitchiner suggests it may be related to a biblical series issued in the 1590's.
