A cast conical or beehive-shaped thimble with a plain basal zone with hand stamped circular pits.The thimble walls are thick. The base has three splits in it. The height of the thimble is 21.19mm and 21.93 diameter the weight is 7.49grms. The hand- stamped circular pits arranged in an apparently left hand spiral ascending the wall. The top bears a spiral of smaller pits.
