Lead alloy miniature object. Fragment of a small cast vase or urn with floral sprays moulded on its external surfaces, plain within. A thin cordon separates a tall round bowl with vertical upper sides from an inswing, with a stepped basal expansion below it, now partly lost. Patinated overall. The floral decoration, which rarely appears on toy vessels, leaves it uncertain whether this may have been a component from a more complex setting in which it may have served as a decorative miniature architectural element of Neo-Classical form. The bowl broke during examination. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1750-1850.

Height: 29.7mm, Diameter: 15.9mm, Thickness (vessel wall): 0.8mm, Weight: 6.45gms
