A cast copper alloy leg from a late Medieval to Post Medieval cooking pot such as a skillet, cauldron or posnet. The leg has a C-shaped cross section, with a curved reverse and is moulded into three ribs on the front. It terminates in a flared hoof-like foot, separated from the leg by a raised collar. 16th to 17th century AD.
