The strap end is of split end type, with a copper alloy rivet holding the two plates in place. The strap end is rectangular in shape, and narrows slightly towards the terminal end. The terminal end is a solid rectangular knop with incised diagonal notches. There is a narrow neck connecting this to the main body of the strap end. There is no decoration on the reverse of the strap end, which measures 46.5mm in length, 8.5mm in width, 2.8mm in thickness, and 3.66g in weight. The strap end has a mid green patina.
