A medieval copper alloy dagger in the form of a hollow oblate spheroid with a central, circular perforation on one face (7.2mm diameter) and a larger, square perforation, 9.2mm wide, diametrically opposite. There is no decoration.

A dagger pommel of this type is illustrated in Ward Perkins, 1940, London Museum Medieval Catalogue, plate 8, number 3. See also SUSS-0AD1A3, LVPL-BF8C69 and KENT-86B77B.
