Dressed block of shelly limestone, probably Barnack, which has been cut twice:
- firstly a voussoir with an angle roll (diameter 100mm) and adjacent hollow chamfer and, on the other side of the roll, a wider offset and plain chamfer that has been broken.12th century
- secondly as a voussoir with tight hollow chamfers flanking a 70mm wide filet, and cutting through the left-hand hollow is the end of a dying moulding, probably a hood mould. 14th century.
180 x 160 x 150mm.
There is fire damage with pink surfaces on some minor breaks.
