Post medieval copper alloy spur rowel dating to the period c. AD 1600 - 1660. In the form of a five-pointed star, each prong in the form of a fleur de lis, the central prong of each lis slightly faceted. In the centre is a circular aperture for the missing axis bar. This is surrounded by iron corrosion. File marks are visible across the surface.
