A worn and incomplete Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) silver sceat dating to AD 680-710.

Obverse depicting diademed head facing right in a circle of pellets.

Reverse has a serpent circle starting at 6 o'clock enclosing a bird facing right above a latin cross. At each end of the short arms of the cross is a ring or annulet. There is a small cross to the right of the bird and a single pellet underneath the tail.

No inscription remains on either face. Series BII type 27b.
