An apparently incomplete lead-alloy object of uncertain function of probable medieval to post-medieval date, consisting of a ring 20.5 x 22.5mm 'in diameter' with a T-shaped projection extending from one edge, perhaps a casting sprue, 8.5mm long. Both ring and projection have a rectangular cross-section 4.5mm thick. The central perforation of the ring is 14.5x12.7mm. Inclusive of projection the object measures 29.3mm in length. It weighs 6.60g.
