Copper alloy brooch, Roman, fragment only, probably of Dolphin type (60-100). All that survives is the head of the bow and the lateral wings, the underside of which is hollow to accomodate a coiled spring. It appears that the brooch was undecorated. Length 14.0mm, Width 11.4mm, Height 8.7mm, Mass 2.72g.
