A copper alloy Roman skeuomorphic plate brooch, crescent form, with knopped terminals and two cells for an enamel inlay, now lost. The brooch is 23.1mm long and has a flat back with a single in-line pin lug and catchplate. Traces of an iron pin remain at the lug, though the pin itself is missing, Circa 2nd Century AD. As Hattatt(2000), p358, number 1146.
