An extremely worn copper alloy Nuremburg stock jetton imitating an earlier French design for Dauphine. Obverse: field of France showing nine complete lis and other partial lis. Reverse: a single armed cross fleuretty over the quartered arms of France and Dauphine (three lis in two quarters and a dolphin bowed in the other two, all orientated with bases to the centre). As Mitchiner 1045 and circa 1480-1490. Legends are illegible due to heavy wear.
