A copper alloy annular brooch from a Medieval date, circa AD 1200 - 1450. The undecorated brooch frame, and the tip of the pin are slightly bent / distorted. The frame is "D" shaped in cross-section, and the attached cast pin is circular in cross-section. The pin has a transverse collar between the end of the shaft and start of the pin attachment loop.
The frame measures 30.37mm in length, is 27.89mm wide, weighs 7.4g, and is 2.93mm in thickness. The pin has a length of 27.46mm.
