A medieval copper alloy seal matrix. The seal has an incomplete collared loop. Below the loop is a solid sphere, from the base of which is a short shank of circular section. The face is circular and is decorated in the centre with a dragon or griffin shown in profile going right (when seen on the impression), with front right claw outstretched.
