An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval mirror case, dating to AD 1270-1350. It consists of two recessed discs which have traces of cement in the concave face. One disc has two projecting rounded lugs and a pierced single lug on the opposite side of the edge; the second disc has two pierced lugs on one edge and a single lug on the opposite side of the edge. The pierced lugs of the discs are hinged with a copper-alloy rivet. Both outer faces are decorated with an outline of a crude, rounded, open cross, in double lines of opposed triangles; double line of opposed triangles runs diametrically between the lugs from side to side. The cases are well preserved; one of them is slightly dented and cracked along the edge.
